Birdwatching

I first started to take an interest in birdwatching during a visit to Kaeng Krachang National Park to see the “cloud sea”. It turned out that the park viewing point was closed and, despite the signs, had been closed for three years. The owner of the resort where I was staying mentioned that he husband had a birdwatching hide in the forest, so that is where I went early one morning and that is how I became interested.

Sunrise and Sunset

Throughout Thailand and neighbouring countries there are some spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From mountain tops to canyons on the Mekong, the beginning and end of the day can be spectacular.
